About The Author

Dr. Evgeni Perelroyzen earned his M.Sc. in 1976 from the Polytechnic Institute of Penza (USSR) The same year he started working in the industries dealing with design-for-test. He earned his D.Sc. in 1982 from the Riga Polytechnic Institute (Latvia). Dr. Perelroyzen has been an assistant professor and an associate professor. Since 1996 he has lived in Herzeliya, Israel.
