About The Author
John J. Dazzo is Professor Emeritus, Graduate School of Engineering and Management, Air Force Institute of Technology, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. A Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and a member of the American Society for Engineering Education, he is the recipient of the Outstanding Civilian Career Service Award (1998). Dr. Dazzo received the B.E.E. degree (1941) from the City College of New York, New York, the M.S.E.E. degree (1950) from Ohio State University, Columbus, and the Ph.D. degree (1978) from the University of Salford, England.
