George F. Round, Ph.D., is Professor Emeritus and an adjunct professor in the mechanical engineering department at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Professor Round has been teaching in engineering since 1968. With over 125 papers, 4 books, and 6 patents to his credit, Professor Round is one of the world’s foremost authorities on turbomachinery.
