About The Author
Sadaoki Furui is a professor in the computer science Department, Graduate School of Information Science and Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan, and an Instructor with Tokyo University, Japan. Dr. Furui is the recipient of the Yonezawa Prize and the paper Award (1993) from the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers of Japan, and the author, coauthor, or coeditor of over 300 journal articles, papers, book chapters, and books, including Advances in Speech Signal Processing (Marcel Dekker, Inc.)
